Frequently Asked Questions

How often should I get an oil change on my Ford?

Most newer Ford vehicles equipped with the Intelligent Oil-Life Monitor require an oil change every 7,500 to 10,000 miles under normal driving conditions. If you frequently tow or drive in extreme weather around Eastern Oklahoma, schedule an inspection every 5,000 miles.

Why should I service my car at a certified Ford dealership instead of an independent shop?

Dealership service ensures that factory-trained technicians complete all repairs according to official Ford service bulletins and safety guidelines. We use original Motorcraft® parts, document your service history to maintain warranty coverage, and check for open safety recalls during every visit.

How do I schedule a service appointment at James Hodge Ford?
