DV Fennell Fan Page

Twenty years of crawling in the middle horses that are bred to buck, comes with a price. At some point you need your body updated. After reconstructive surgery on my shoulder in 2007 and a cleaning of my elbow to remove bone spurs that same year, I came back stronger and better for it qualifying for the National Finals Rodeo in 2009 & 2010.

Let me introduce myself, DV Fennel I was born in 1973 in Monticello UT. I grew up in many places in this great country, my rodeo career started in UT at a Little Britches Rodeo at the age of 12.

Who knew that the urge to torture myself on rotten minded Welch ponies would lead me through four years of college rodeo, then on to 10 years of amateur rodeo? Since I began full time professional competition in 2005, I’ve had the privilege of winning many prestigious rodeos from Dodge City KS and El Paso TX out to Reno NV and St. Paul OR.

Winning in general is always great but hauling home buckles and trinkets from the NFR is the most rewarding accomplishment to date.

I invite YOU! Rodeo fans, friends and family to saddle up with me and let’s pursue that World Champion buckle in 2011!!

Please visit my sponsor’s websites, by doing this your helping me and supporting rodeo, I couldn’t do it without them.

Check back often for updates, photos and videos from the hot and dusty rodeo trail.
